Moonshot runs AI classes for O and A Level students, online and in Lahore. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What the application form collects

When you apply, we receive the parent's name, email and WhatsApp number, your child's class and the option you chose. We also note which ad or link brought you to the page. The form saves these to a private Google Sheet that only our team can open, and sends you an email with a link to book a 15-minute call.

If this page uses advertising measurement (such as the Meta pixel), it records that a visit or application happened so we can see which ads work. It does not send the details you type into the form.

We use your details only to reply, arrange the call and run the course. We do not sell them or share them with anyone for marketing.

During the course

Parents create and hold the accounts for any AI tools the student uses. Before the course starts, a parent agrees to the tools, the data involved and how sessions are recorded. Online classes are recorded for the teachers' use only and are never shared.

Photos and recordings

We only photograph or record sessions with written consent, and we only use images of students publicly with a parent's separate permission.

How long we keep it

We keep applications and course records for up to 12 months after the course ends, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 333 7004913 or email [email protected].
